Westminster Technologies provides assistive technology, training, and support to schools, organizations, healthcare providers, and individuals with differing abilities. Our mission is to help people reach their full potential by providing the tools, technology, professional development, and expertise needed to support learning, communication, accessibility, and independence.
The Westminster Technologies team brings more than 50 years of combined experience in assistive technology, education, accessibility, and supporting individuals with differing abilities.
More than 2,500 schools and organizations have relied on Westminster Technologies for assistive technology expertise and solutions. Our experience also extends to hospitals and rehabilitation centers, helping support individuals as they transition back into daily life.
We are committed to helping people of all ages and abilities reach their potential, including students with special needs, individuals recovering from injury or illness, young children, veterans with disabilities, and seniors.

Years ago, Erica committed herself to actively doing something to help the special needs population, and that passion means taking a hands-on approach to all facets of Westminster's operations. She's also a proud Mom of three young boys who keep her on her toes at all times!
HEATHER MAYDAK
DIRECTOR OF ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGIES
Heather has been providing assistive technology services for over 20 years. She performs AT evaluations for schools, customizes and conducts training, and presents at conferences on various assistive technology topics. Outside work, she keeps busy and enjoys reading, writing, hiking with her dogs, and spending time with her family and friends.
TED KLOPP
DIRECTOR OF SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Ted is Westminster's resident "jack of all trades", handling all aspects of customer support, helping with strategic business decisions, and designing the company's marketing (among other things). When not at work, Ted can be found spending time with his three sons - who seem to play every sport there is!
