Scanmarker Exam is a portable scanning pen designed for independent use during exams and assessments. It provides three core functions: Read Aloud, Translate, and Speak Translation.
- Read Aloud: Scan printed text and have it read aloud. The feature supports five languages offline — English, Spanish, Italian, French, and German — and up to 50 languages when connected online.
- Adjustable reading speed, language, and voice
- Sentence- or word-level reading options
- Append or Replace: Add newly scanned text to existing text or replace the previously scanned text.
- Translate: Scan printed text and translate it into five languages offline or up to 100 languages when connected online. Listen to the original scanned text or the translation.
- Speak Translation: Use voice translation and conversation features when connected to Wi-Fi.
Additional settings include Bluetooth earbud connectivity, volume and brightness controls, automatic shutdown, interface language, reading speed, multi-line text scanning, display settings, and right- or left-handed pen orientation.
